What’s the role?
We are seeking a Sonographer to join our Tamworth clinic on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a regional setting with a manageable workload, while gaining exposure to a broad range of examinations and opportunities to develop specialist skills.
As part of our team, you will work across a varied caseload including General, Obstetrics, MSK and Vascular imaging, delivering high-quality diagnostic services to the local community.
Our clinic operates Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, with no evening or on-call requirements.
Clinical Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To
Performing a range of ultrasound examinations to produce high-quality diagnostic imagesProviding compassionate patient care, ensuring patient comfort, safety, and confidentialityAssisting radiologists with interventional procedures and complex scanning techniquesMaintaining high standards of imaging quality and professional practiceCommitting to continuous professional development and upskilling

Experience in General, Obstetrics, MSK and/or Vascular ultrasoundRelevant qualifications in Sonography and current ASAR registrationA passion for patient-centred care and strong communication skillsThe ability to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailFull working rights in Australia
