The Opportunity
Due to growth our client is seeking to recruit a motivated Banking & Finance lawyer with around 3 to 6 years pae to join their high-performing team. You will work closely with the partner and work with major domestic and offshore banks, fund managers, and non-bank lenders.
This role offers a unique mix of autonomy and mentorship. You won't just be a \"cog in the machine\"; you will be instrumental in a wide range of deals from acquisition & leveraged finance to property finance to corporate & structured finance. There will also be some regulatory and advisory work.
About You
* Experience: 3–6 years PQE in a reputable Banking & Finance practice.
* Technical Skills: Strong drafting and negotiation skills across facility agreements, inter-creditor arrangements, and security documentation.
* Commercial Acumen: An ability to align legal advice with the commercial drivers of sophisticated financial institutions.
* Culture Fit: A collaborative team player who values a friendly, personable, and professionally stimulating environment.
