Business Development Lead
We are seeking a skilled Business Development Lead to play a pivotal role in driving new business growth across our Bird Management Solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead strategic planning, relationship building and solution-orientated selling techniques. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and capturing opportunities with new clients, leveraging their sales expertise to expand our market presence across Australia.
* Develop and execute targeted account strategies to identify and pursue high-value opportunities.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* Manage and deliver sales performance against budget targets, adjusting strategies as needed to drive results.
* Stay informed about industry trends, regulations and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and offerings.
* Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business opportunities.
* Develop and manage account prospecting strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
* Cultivate a safety-first culture across all customer accounts, with a commitment to ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
