Looking for a role where no two days are the same?We're on the hunt for a proactive and organised Branch Admin – Office All Rounder to join our team at Qwest Cranes. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the backbone of our depot, supporting both the admin and operations teams to keep things running smoothly.
About the Role
This is a true all-rounder admin position. You'll be responsible for:
Inventory & Ordering: Managing PPE stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring team members are equipped and site ready.
General Office Coordination: Keeping the Office Depot in order, ordering stationery and office supplies, coordinating cleaners or service providers, and providing general support to management and staff.
Reception/Front Desk Duties: Answering phones, welcoming visitors, managing mail and courier deliveries.
Document Management: Filing, scanning, and keeping digital records organised and up to date.
Other Ad Hoc Admin Tasks: Supporting other departments where/if needed.
About You
Proven experience in office administration or depot support—bonus if in construction, cranes or mining
Highly organised, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and clear, confident communication skills
Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and quick to learn new systems
A team-player who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
