Antares Solutions is seeking a Digital Scale Seller to partner with Microsoft on a scale selling motion, generating opportunities and driving business development. You will be the liaison between Antares and our strategic partners, championing our AI Business Solutions and Cloud & AI Platforms, including Modern Work, Application Development, and Data & AI. This is a hybrid role that combines strategic relationship-building with data-driven execution. Success is measured by building a robust sales pipeline and closing new business that matters. This role is open to Sydney applicants only.

Key Responsibilities
* Partner & Business Development
o Champion the Microsoft Partnership: Develop and nurture strong relationships with Microsoft's sales teams (SME & C Account Executives, Solutions Specialists).
o Collaborative Go-to-Market: Partner directly with Microsoft to identify and engage at scale with new and existing customers.
o Proactive Lead Generation: Collaborate with Microsoft and drive insights from internal customer data analysis.
o Opportunity Conversion: Own the process of converting data-led leads into qualified opportunities with a clear decision-maker, budget, business problem, and timeline.
* Data and Analytics
o Data-Led Prospecting: Use Antares' customer data to analyze trends, identify ideal customer profiles, and uncover untapped opportunities.
o Strategic Outreach: Develop and execute data-driven outreach campaigns to promising prospects.
o Insight-Driven Reporting: Regularly report on data insights and the effectiveness of data-led sales initiatives, providing feedback to leadership.
* Execution
o Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy, accurate, and predictable CRM pipeline to meet sales targets.
o Presentation and Negotiation: Deliver professional presentations and manage negotiations to close deals.
o Customer Engagement: Engage with customers about the value of Antares' offerings and the broader Cloud Collective, introducing partners where appropriate.
