* Conduct initial assessments and perform site reviews.

Success Factors
* Current registration or membership with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse;
* Tertiary qualifications in Nursing;
* Case Management experience;
* Strong clinical reasoning developed from at least 12 months of experience as a fully Registered Nurse;
* Ability to engage with multidisciplinary teams;
* Passion for helping people rehabilitate.
