Working in remote locations can be a unique opportunity to disconnect from the everyday and connect with nature. We are seeking an Assistant Camp Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our camp in Western Australia's Kimberley region.




About the Role



This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys being actively involved in all areas of camp operations. You will work closely with the Camp Manager to foster a collaborative team environment where colleagues become family and exceptional hospitality thrives.




Responsibilities

* Participate in daily lodge operations across front-of-house, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.

* Support the Camp Manager with coordination, task allocation, and efficient operation of the camp.

* Assist in implementing policies that support operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and compliance.

* Promote a strong safety culture across all areas of operation.

* Maintain relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders.
