Food & Beverage Supervisor | Lasseters Hotel Casino, Alice Springs, NT Employer: IRIS Capital – Lasseters Casino Operations Pty Ltd Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $68,865 – $75,000 (depending on experience and skill set) Location: Alice Springs, NT Lasseters Hotel Casino is seeking a motivated and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the daily operations of our restaurant and bar outlets. Working closely with the F&B Manager, you will help lead the team, maintain exceptional service standards, and ensure smooth and efficient service delivery across all F&B areas. About the Role Supervise daily restaurant/ bar operations Provide hands-on leadership during shifts Support staff training, coaching, and development Maintain high service standards across all F&B outlets Assist with rostering, labour control, and workforce planning Ensure compliance with food safety, RSA, hygiene, and workplace practices Liaise with the kitchen, F&B management, and other departments to deliver seamless service Address guest enquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism What We’re Looking For Excellent customer service focus Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment Organised, reliable, and adaptable High personal presentation and professionalism Strong cultural awareness and positive team engagement Qualifications & Experience AQF Certificate II or III, OR At least 1 year of relevant experience, OR Minimum 2–3 years relevant experience may substitute formal qualifications.
