About the Role
As the OneCouncil Property and Rating Technical Specialist, you'll be the subject matter expert for TechnologyOne CiA Property & Rating, turning business requirements into effective technical solutions. You'll work closely with product teams, vendors and stakeholders to configure, optimise and support the platform, ensuring strong performance, compliance and user experience. This role provides technical leadership across projects and operations, helping deliver reliable systems that support Council services and the community.

You'll be one of our go‐to experts for TechnologyOne CiA Property & Rating, partnering with product teams, vendors and business stakeholders to deliver smarter, more seamless system experiences.

* Lead the design, configuration and optimisation of TechnologyOne CiA Property & Rating
* Translate business requirements into effective, compliant technical solutions
* Partner with stakeholders and vendors to deliver high‐quality outcomes
* Drive system performance, stability and continuous improvement
* Support UAT, go‐live and operational handover
What You'll Bring
* Strong hands‐on experience with TechnologyOne CiA Property & Rating
* Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Experience delivering and supporting business‐critical enterprise systems
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* A collaborative, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Willingness to undergo pre‐employment background checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check & Eligibility to Work check.
