Supporting Independence
We are seeking an experienced Home Care Support Worker to join our team. As a valued member, you will provide compassionate care and support to clients in their homes.
Your role will involve providing domestic assistance, such as cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and meal preparation. You will also provide personal care services, including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
About the Role:

* Provide personal care services, including showering, toileting, assistance with medications, as well as domestic duties & social supports such as assisting with transportation for clients.
Requirements:
* Live in or near Ballarat, including surrounding suburbs.
* Hold a current Australian Drivers' Licence with your own car.
* Have 3+ months industry experience in a paid Aged Care setting.
* Available to work a minimum of 6 hours a day between 7am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
* Commitment to our paid Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start.

* Hourly Rate: $33.22 - $34.93 per hour + 12% super + $0.92/km allowance + paid travel time.
