We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations while playing a key link across sales, finance, marketing, and customer service.
A minimum of 3-5 years of warehouse operations experience is essential for this role.
This is a hands-on position that combines logistics management, warehouse supervision, customer care, and forecasting, ensuring customer demand is met efficiently, on time, and within budget. You'll manage a small team, coordinate external suppliers, and act as a trusted point of contact for both internal stakeholders and customers.

Logistics & Warehouse Management
* Oversee all logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and efficiency
* Supervise warehouse staff, including Storeperson/Forklift Operator and casual staff
* Manage external contractors, couriers, and transport providers within budget
* Process customer orders and assist with packing when required
* Monitor logistics performance including fill rates, accuracy, and service quality, reporting variances to GM and Finance
* Review courier charges weekly and follow up on credits as required
* Participate in stocktake and inventory control activities
Sales Administration & Customer Service
* Act as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
* Monitor shared inboxes and respond to customer communications in a timely manner
* Manage customer complaints and quality issues, escalating cosmetovigilance matters appropriately
* Maintain strong relationships with customers, wholesalers, pharmacies, retail partners, and e-commerce platforms
* Exercise sound judgement when handling customer interactions and escalating issues
* Support Finance by following up on accounts on hold when required
Planning, Forecasting & Special Projects
* Contribute to demand forecasting and logistics planning activities
* Manage the purchase of warehouse consumables within approved budgets
* Coordinate logistics for expos, fairs, and promotional events, including interstate travel
* Oversee the Maternity Sampling Programme, including preparation, staffing, and timely delivery
Quality, CSR & Continuous Improvement
* Ensure compliance with quality systems, procedures, and regulatory requirements
* Promote and implement CSR initiatives, including waste reduction and use of recyclable materials
* Drive continuous improvement across logistics, customer service, and warehouse processes
* Participate in company meetings and end-of-year activities
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Essential
* Australian work rights are required for this position.
* 3–5 years' experience in logistics or supply chain management in Australia
* Experience managing a small team
* Experience in forecasting and inventory management
* Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
* High level of autonomy and accountability
* Good IT skills and strong working knowledge of MYOB
* Fluent English (written and verbal)
