The role involves advising major corporates, financial institutions, government entities, and international clients on complex indirect tax matters arising from significant transactions and business operations.
Key Requirements:
* Strong technical foundation and sound commercial acumen
* Confidence to engage with major clients on complex issues
* Solid advisory experience across stamp duty, GST, and general indirect tax
* Exposure to transactional work and/or complex structuring
