**The Opportunity**:
Main responsibilities of this roel is to provide internal and external clients with service and support whilst constantly striving to improve sales volumes, market share and margins consistent with the strategic direction of the Company for the Mining Loader product line (>100t) WA900 & Up. Manages and is responsible for the profitable sales and marketing of Komatsu's Large Mining Loader product line and services for Komatsu Australia, this is to be achieved in accordance with the overall marketing plan and sales strategies of the company.

**What we are looking for**:
- Sales and/or Product management experience
- Expertise in Large Mining Loaders
- Business development and solution-based problem solving
- Strong business acumen and contractual awareness
- Target Account Selling process experience
- AX or Dynamics CRM proficiency
- Extensive industry experience in large surface mining or capital equipment
- Customer-facing, sales, and negotiation experience
- Sales budget management, tender preparation, and quoting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Application Engineering knowledge (preferred)
- Loader matching to Mining trucks knowledge (preferred)
