Key Responsibilities
• Deliver evidence-based allied health services relevant to your discipline
• Conduct functional assessments, therapy sessions, interventions, and reviews
• Develop reports, therapy plans, behaviour support plans (where applicable), and recommendations
• Work collaboratively with participants, families, and support teams
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Participate in multidisciplinary collaboration where required
What We're Looking For
Essential:
• Relevant qualification in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Social Work, or Behaviour Support
• AHPRA registration (OTs & Physiotherapists) or relevant professional membership (SPA, AASW, PBS registration pathway)
• Experience with NDIS participants (preferred, not essential)
• Graduates welcome
• Strong communication skills
• Current Driver's Licence
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Nice to Have:
• Experience with psychosocial disability, ASD, or complex needs
• Strong report-writing skills
• Community-based experience
