Ravenhall Correctional Centre, Victoria's largest prison for adult males, is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to drive workforce excellence, foster a values-driven culture, and lead a high-performing HR team. Your Key Impact Areas
As HR Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager and senior leadership to provide strategic and operational leadership across all HR functions including:
* Workforce planning and organisational development
* Talent acquisition and retention strategies
* Learning and capability building
* Employee relations and industrial strategy
* Performance, culture, and engagement
* Health, safety, and wellbeing
* HR governance, compliance, and reporting
* Payroll, rostering, and workforce systems
Is This You? Your Essential Skills for Success
We are looking for an experienced HR professional with:
* Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field
* Minimum 7 years' experience in a human resources, preferably in service or facilities-based environments
* Proven leadership and supervisory capabilities
* Strong knowledge of employment legislation and compliance
* Experience in unionised environments and enterprise agreement negotiations
* A passion for building inclusive, safe, and high-performing workplaces
