Help shape the fundraising future of a growing health foundation
Wyndham Health Foundation is seeking an experienced and relationship-driven Fundraising and Donor Manager to lead the next phase of its fundraising growth.
This is a newly created senior role at a pivotal moment in the Foundation's development. As we transition from a largely event-led fundraising model to a more mature, strategic and relationship-based approach, this position will play a central role in building sustainable income streams and long-term philanthropic capability.
Working closely with the CEO, you will lead fundraising strategy, strengthen donor stewardship, grow philanthropic and corporate partnerships, and help establish the systems and structures that support long-term impact.
About Wyndham Health Foundation
Established in 1993, Wyndham Health Foundation is the City of Wyndham's dedicated health foundation, proudly supporting public hospitals and healthcare services across the region for more than three decades.
Our purpose is to generate funds that enable and sustain high-quality healthcare for our community.
Wyndham is one of Australia's fastest growing municipalities, and as demand for public health services continues to rise, the Foundation plays an important role in mobilising community generosity, building partnerships and investing in initiatives that strengthen local healthcare outcomes.
Through fundraising, education and partnerships, Wyndham Health Foundation has invested more than $2 million into local health initiatives, equipment, research and wellbeing programs.

About you
You are an experienced fundraising professional who brings strong judgement, credibility and a relationship-first approach.
You know how to build trust, create momentum and move fundraising beyond one-off transactions to long-term partnerships and philanthropic growth.
You are strategic, organised and outcomes-focused, with the confidence to operate autonomously in a growing organisation.
We are looking for
* Demonstrated experience in senior fundraising, philanthropy or donor development roles
* Proven capability in major donor and relationship-based fundraising
* Experience developing and implementing fundraising strategies
* Strong relationship management and communication skills
* High level professionalism, integrity and discretion
* Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgement
* Strong organisational, systems and reporting capability
* Experience in health, community or hospital-adjacent organisations
* Experience with corporate partnerships and workplace giving
* Experience establishing bequest or legacy giving programs
* Familiarity with Australian not-for-profit governance and fundraising compliance
