An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Administration Officer to join the dynamic team at St Stephens Uniting Church Toowoomba Meals on Wheels. This part-time role is based in Toowoomba, Queensland and will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the organisation.
What you'll be doing
* Overseeing the day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
* Managing client records, data entry, and database maintenance
* Ability to liase with other internal departments
* Providing exceptional customer service to clients, volunteers, and external stakeholders
* Supporting accounts receivable activities and petty cash management
* Assisting with the organisation and attending of events and fundraising initiatives
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of office procedures and policies
What we're looking for
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in an office management or senior administration role
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach
* Heightened attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and database management systems
* Experience in the not-for-profit or community services sector would be highly regarded
* A genuine interest in supporting the local community and the mission of Meals on Wheels
