The Medical Workforce Coordinator will be a valued member of the Medical Workforce Unit, responsible for the recruitment, management, credentialing, and support of the divisional medical staff engaged by AWH.
We are seeking candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or Business, or working towards same, or previous experience in a similar position.
- Experience in administration, human resource management, and/or industrial relations procedures, particularly in a healthcare setting.
- Experience in financial and cost control management, especially as it relates to rostering practices for clinical staff.
- Experience in liaising with government departments, healthcare service providers, and professional organisations.
Employment Type: This is a full-time fixed-term appointment (6 months).
