What you'll be doing
* Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and requirements
* Demonstrate and showcase the features and benefits of our products to customers
* Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely responses
* Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial contact to final purchase
* Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product range, industry trends and competitor offerings
* Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience and sales processes
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the retail or customer service industry
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
* Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer queries and objections
* A self-motivated and results-driven approach, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Familiarity with the sales industry and the ability to stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings
