Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) required in Engineering/Business or other technical field. - Strong organizational, communication and team building skills capable of building strategic working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Experience managing complex projects through their lifecycle. - Ability to self-start and self-motivate in a dynamic environment. - Experience in budgeting and analyzing cost/benefit trade-offs across a strategic portfolio.
- Experience in one of project management, planning, engineering, developing or constructing substations or other 33kV or greater energy infrastructure.
- Experience working directly with power utilities and other energy regulators.
- Experience successfully negotiating new tariff rates, power purchase agreements and/or energy infrastructure contracts in regulatory regimes.
- Substation operations experience.
- Experience with IT infrastructure, data centers and cloud services.
