**The Person**
- Food and Beverage experience in a fast paced environment
- Understanding of Food Safety and allergens
- Experience working in hotels or events environments (preferred)
- Barista skills a must!
- Excellent communication skills with superior customer service skills
- Strong work ethic - willing to learn and be part of a fast paced dynamic team
- Great energy, versatile approach and immaculate presentation
