At Harcourts MackTown, we're an energetic, fast-growing team known for doing things differently.
We're looking for a talented and motivated Content Creator to help us bring our Brand, our Team and our Clients' properties to life through bold design and engaging social and print content.
What you'll be doing
Design eye-catching marketing material for both print and digital, including brochures, flyers, signage, and social media content.
Create, schedule, and post engaging content across our Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn profiles.
Collaborate with the sales and leadership teams to develop creative campaign ideas and community initiatives.
Maintain brand consistency across every platform and project.
Assist with property marketing tasks such as property brochures and social media uploads – including static posts and reels.
Stay up to date with design and social media trends so our content always feels fresh and exciting.
Assist the Head of Marketing and Events as required.
What you'll bring
Experience in graphic design and social media marketing, whether agency, in-house, or freelance.
Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
A creative eye and genuine passion for design and storytelling.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
A positive, proactive attitude and love for being part of a supportive, fast-paced team.
Experience in real estate and/or events and marketing will be an advantage but is not essential.
