This company delivers essential infrastructure and facility solutions in sectors such as transport, utilities, facilities management, and engineering. It is involved in the construction, maintenance, and operation of critical assets including roads, rail networks, power and water systems, and public infrastructure. The company partners with government bodies and industries to support long-term asset performance, safety, and sustainability through innovative technologies, workforce capability, and end-to-end project delivery.


Your new role


* Provide day-to-day administrative support to site management and staff.
* Maintain accurate records including timesheets, site registers, inductions, and compliance documentation.
* Assist with procurement and inventory management of site supplies and equipment.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new staff, contractors, and visitors.
* Liaise with head office departments (e.g., HR, Finance, WHS) to support site operations, including payroll changes
* Monitor and maintain office systems, including filing, databases, and document control. · Assist with reporting, data entry, and preparation of site reports as required.
* Issue, track and order PPE uniforms as required for the project
* Assist/Support Payroll Administrator with Employee hours and time/attendance in Synchro
Documentation and SharePoint/Teams site assistance
* Prepare agendas and take meeting minutes if required
* Prepare and submit expense and credit card claims
* Arrange meetings and functions
* Book Management travel


What you'll need to succeed


* Proven experience in an administrative or site-based support role.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software systems.
* Intermediate Microsoft suite skills (Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) desirable
* Ability to interpret and follow policy and procedure
* Strong communication skills (oral & written)
* Ability to work under pressure
* Ability and willingness to adapt, quickly learn and use new skills and knowledge brought about by rapidly changing structure, process, information and/or technology
* Experience in using software including JDE, Webtimes, Kofax, Concur, Tandem, Krono
