Supporting plumbers and other tradespeople requires a unique blend of customer service skills and product knowledge. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for customers accessing products for building and renovation projects.
Your day-to-day tasks will include providing information about products, providing quotes both in person and over the phone, undertaking pick packing and stock control activities, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and making occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in retail sales or customer service who enjoys helping customers. You should be able to provide accurate information, pick orders, maintain displays, and operate a company vehicle. Additionally, you should have a valid driver's licence and be open to working various shifts, including weekends.
