We're looking for a hands‐on Project Coordinator who's organised, practical, confident on site, and keen to learn.
This is a varied role combining project coordination, client communication, on‐site support, minor installations, and small deliveries using a company van.
What You'll Do
* Coordinate commercial furniture projects from order approval through to installation & handover.
* Communicate with clients regarding schedules, timelines, and progress updates.
* Complete minor product installations (chairs, small desks, accessories).
* Conduct small deliveries using the company van and assist with loading/unloading.
* Attend project sites for measurements, installation oversight & site readiness checks.
* Coordinate installers, warehouse teams, and subcontractors.
* Track orders, prepare purchase orders, confirm goods received & process supplier invoices.
* Assist with compliance documentation, warranties, and handover packs.
About You
* Self‐motivated, organised, and reliable.
* Strong attention to detail and customer‐service mindset.
* Comfortable working both in the office and out on site.
* Confident communicator with clients and suppliers.
* Comfortable lifting and assembling light to moderate furniture.
* Current driver's licence (company van provided).
* Microsoft Office skills.
Bonus Points
Experience in project coordination, logistics, installations, construction, interiors, or warehousing.
