We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our client's team on a contract basis for 3 months.
* You will play a key role in supporting the wider team to deliver its objectives and work collaboratively across the team under guidance.
* Investigate and resolve escalated first-level complaints, concerns from the general public, and liaise with various stakeholders to gather evidence and necessary information.
* Assess and prioritise all complaints in accordance with their urgency and/or seriousness.
* Receive first-level complaints or concerns from the general public and perform administrative tasks, including records management and directing incoming enquiries.
* Maintain accurate records in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
