Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Mental Health Inpatient Unit. The successful candidate will provide person-centered nursing care to individuals experiencing acute mental health crises.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
* Support and supervise less experienced clinicians to ensure exceptional care outcomes.
* Develop effective clinical communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and colleagues.
* Apply evidence-based practice and critical thinking to advocate for individualized care plans.
* Supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others to deliver quality nursing care.
Requirements
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the relevant authority.
* Demonstrated competencies in and knowledge of multidisciplinary team dynamics.
* Effective clinical communication and interpersonal skills.
* Evidence-based practice and critical thinking skills.
* Ability to supervise, delegate, and negotiate with others.
