Role Description
Key Responsibilities
* Lead technical solutioning efforts for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects.
* Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, high-quality technical designs.
* Develop and enhance solutions using Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service, Customer Insights - Journeys, and Universal Resource Scheduling experience preferred).
* Build and customize model-driven apps, canvas apps, and Power Automate flows.
* Develop custom integrations using Custom APIs and Azure services.
* Implement and manage Dataverse security, RBAC models, and advanced authentication patterns.
* Contribute to ALM processes and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
* Work within Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery frameworks and collaborate closely with diverse teams.
* Provide mentorship, code reviews, and technical guidance to junior team members.
Required Skills & Experience
* Years proven experience in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform development.
* Deep hands-on experience with core Dynamics 365 CE modules (Customer Service, Customer Insights Journeys, URS).
* Strong proficiency in:
o JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET
o HTML, CSS
* Solid understanding of:
o Dataverse security model, RBAC, authentication
o Custom API design & development for integrations
o Azure DevOps for ALM/CI/CD pipelines
* Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and solution design.
* Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
