About the Role
As a technician's assistant, you will work alongside experienced tradespeople and technicians, assisting with installations, maintenance, servicing, and compliance tasks. You will gain hands-on exposure across a variety of disciplines, with opportunities to develop skills in essential building and fire protection services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide on-site support to technicians in dry fire, wet fire, and electrical services
* Assist with routine maintenance, testing, inspections, and repairs
* Prepare, organize, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials for jobs
* Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
* Complete basic documentation and support compliance requirements
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service delivery
Requirements:
* Ability to work flexible hours (as required)
* White Card (or willingness to obtain)
* Any relevant trade assistant or industry experience will be highly regarded, but not essential
