About the role
As the MEM Planning Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and planning support to the Mobile Equipment Maintenance (MEM) team, helping to keep the underground mobile fleet well planned, well documented and ready for safe operation. This role is ideal for someone looking to further their career in heavy vehicle or mobile equipment maintenance planning within the mining industry.
Working closely with Maintenance Planners, Team Leaders and Leading Hands, you will support the administrative backbone of the planning function, ensuring data accuracy, documentation compliance and smooth day to day maintenance coordination.
Day‐to‐day responsibilities
* Providing administrative support to Maintenance Planners across the mobile equipment fleet
* Maintaining and updating SAP with work orders, machine hours, defects, pre‐starts and time confirmations
* Processing parts orders, defect notifications, invoices, quotes and SAP SES entries
* Tracking fleet downtime, maintenance KPIs and cost data, and assisting with reporting
* Managing MEM documentation, including filing, updates and linkage within SAP and CDMS
* Coordinating MEM inductions, training records, visitor management and new starter packs
* Supporting workshop administration, including tooling, consumables, PPE and budget tracking
* Assisting with data capture for tyre changes, fire suppression checks and bucket calibrations
* Liaising with internal stakeholders, suppliers and OEMs to support maintenance execution

You are an organised and reliable administrator who enjoys working with systems, processes and data. You take pride in accuracy, structure and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. With an interest in heavy vehicles, maintenance or mining operations, you're looking to further develop your career in maintenance planning in a supportive, team based environment.
You will bring
* Experience in an administration or planning support role within maintenance, automotive, mining or heavy industry
* Exposure to SAP or similar maintenance management systems (desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and confidence working with data, reports and documentation
* Good organisational skills with the ability to manage routine tasks and competing priorities
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* A flexible, team‐oriented mindset and a hands‐on approach to supporting operations
* A strong commitment to safety and alignment with Evolution Mining's values
