Customer Service Lending CSL is a newly formed team within RBS and its key objectives are to grow proprietary mortgage lending, delivering exceptional customer service outcomes, and a differentiated service model. Do work that matters As a Senior Communications Manager in CSL, you will have broad responsibilities covering communication strategy and planning, implementation and providing communications support for events. On any given week, you will: Develop and execute internal communications strategies, events and campaigns to align and engage CSL employees. Support the CSL leadership teams with their communication and event needs, such as creating leader and business communication, quarterly town halls and lender events. Provide insights and informed advice to senior leaders on internal communication, stakeholder engagement and best practice. Work with stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to announcements and campaigns. Provide communications advice to engage CSL about the launch of different projects and initiatives. Role model the Group’s values and adhere to the Code of Conduct, which sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people. Collaborate and connect with communications professionals across CommBank. We are interested to hear from people who have: Significant experience in communications, people engagement and events – developing and delivering internal communication campaigns and activities for a large business. Experience working in or a strong interest in providing communications support to an operations team, ideally within the lending space. Exceptional stakeholder engagement and experience with senior leaders. Strong business acumen combined with strong verbal and written communication skills. A tertiary qualification in business, commerce, communications, journalism or a relevant discipline. A growth mindset, curious and high attention to detail. Familiarity with Agile practices.
