* Salary: $70,538.10 - $74,500 + Salary Packaging options (up to $18,550 per annum) and 17.5% Leave Loading (payable on annual leave)

Rocky Bay are looking for a Support Coordinator to join our growing, dynamic Support Coordination team on a permanent full time basis. This team delivers coordination supports to NDIS customers.
About the role
* Work with customers to strengthen their capacity to connect with informal, mainstream and funded supports
* Develop customer capacity to maintain support relationships, resolve service delivery issues and participate independently in NDIS processes
* Be a part of a diversified and progressive disability service organisation
* Enjoy individualised supervision and training opportunities
To be considered for this position you will demonstrate:
* Experience in a similar role within the NDIS
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with customers, stakeholders and team members
* Personal resilience working in a changing environment
