About the Role
As the Delivery Manager for the Strategy and Transformation team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a portfolio of transformation initiatives, with a particular focus on projects led by our AI Labs team. This position blends expert project management with agile leadership, requiring a hands-on approach to drive execution, facilitate planning, and remove obstacles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively, aligned with strategic goals, and that their benefits are realised. In this senior role, you will also champion agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
Duties / Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
* Lead strategic transformation projects aligned with business goals.
* Manage multiple initiatives, resources, and timelines.
* Provide delivery insights to support planning.
* Champion innovation, inclusion, and performance.
* Drive continuous improvement.
Agile Delivery
* Facilitate agile ceremonies and track progress.
* Manage risks, dependencies, and team coordination.
* Remove blockers and ensure delivery of business value.
* Collaborate with Innovation and Tech leads.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Align goals and maintain transparency with stakeholders.
* Build trusted relationships with senior leaders.
* Communicate status, risks, and achievements.
* Represent the team in governance forums.
Change & Improvement
* Promote agile practices and delivery efficiency.
* Support system/process adoption and training.
* Capture lessons learned and encourage collaboration.
Governance & Financials
* Ensure compliance with delivery standards.
* Maintain documentation and reporting.
* Monitor budgets and optimise resources.
* Escalate issues and recommend solutions.
Qualifications and Experience required
1. Bachelor's degree in business, tech, or project management; 5+ years in transformation project delivery.
2. Strong experience in agile and traditional project management; certifications preferred.
3. Proven leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
4. Skilled in change management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI/ADKAR).
5. Proficient in digital tools and collaboration platforms.
* Experience in professional services or transformation roles is a plus.
