Team Manager
Access to wages from 3 days, immediate start, holiday pay.
£14.57 per hour inclusive of holiday pay (which is £13.00 p/h + £1.57 = £14.57 p/h ).

Are you interested in retail? Looking for a role involving high-profile projects for leading UK grocery supermarkets and DIY chains? We have Team Manager opportunities working on new stores, refits, range reviews, and store support projects. You will work in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions and leading teams to merchandise stock to a high standard.
The Role
1. A typical week involves 4-5 shifts from Sunday to Thursday.
2. You will lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishers, carrying out client-required tasks.
3. Communicate progress and project sign-offs with management.
4. Conduct health and safety inductions and checks.
5. Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, including days and nights (predominantly nights). Shifts are scheduled via our Field Power platform on your smartphone, where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
6. You will clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
7. Work will be on various retail sites/stores, with travel varying per shift.
8. Responsibilities include removing and replacing stock using client plans and systems, adjusting shelf heights, and moving stock from warehouse to shop floor using roll cages and pallet trucks.
9. Stock replenishment and travel when local work isn't available. Accommodation is provided when staying away.

* Experience in merchandising, retail supervision, or managing people.
* Methodical with keen attention to detail.
* Manual handling and heavy lifting involved.
* Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
* Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights. Applicants must be 18+.
