Great opportunity for you to join a renowned Tier 2 builder that has a strong presence across Commercial and Industrial projects.As the Design Coordinator you will be responsible for producing construction design documents for various industrial D&C; projects across SydneyTimely production of concept drawings and site sketches.Liaising and coordinating with the project design/construction team, external consultants and site personnel.Producing required documents for council approval as a part of obtaining construction certificates (DA, CC, CDC).
Delivering different design stages which includes, marketing, design drafting and more.To be considered for the position of Design & Approvals Coordinator, you will require:A minimum of 3 years' local experience in similar role working in construction, Drafter, Design Coordinator, Approvals coordinator, or similarProficient in the use of Revit software.Experience lodging CC and CDC applications.Previous experience working for a head contractor that delivers new build construction projects is highly desirableFor any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B; and our clients please contact Charlie Jones on 0431 344 459 or click apply.
