Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting visitors at the front desk, offering refreshments
- Management of meeting rooms including set up, refreshment provision, booking and calendar maintenance
- Assisting with office activities, setup and arrangements
- Organisation of catering for corporate boardroom lunches and in-house events
- Ensuring all printers are clean and restocked with paper
- Ordering stationery and supplies, ensuring stationery cupboards are stocked
- Collection and distribution of mail and courier items
- Ensure kitchen and lunchroom are clean at all times and bins are emptied
- Ensure warehouse, office and kitchen areas are stocked
- Organising office celebrations
- Assisting directors with PA duties.
Requirements:
- Reception and customer service experience ideally in an e-commerce or fashion environment
- Self-motivated individual with a can-do attitude;
- Able to multitask and manage time effectively
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Well-mannered, excellent communication skills, professional presentation
- Intermediate computer skills
