With strong customer demand and continued national growth, we are expanding our showroom operations and are searching for a professional who can deliver a premium first‑impression for our clients.
About the Role
This position will be the face of our showroom, greeting customers, guiding them through layouts and options, maintaining showroom presentation, assisting with sales enquiries, preparing quotes, and supporting our management team.
This is a hands on customer engagement role suited to someone who enjoys interacting with people, learning about technical products, and providing exceptional service.
Schedule:
Tuesday – Saturday, 9am–4:30pm (Permanent Full‑Time)
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and support walk in customers
* Present caravan features, layouts, and options
* Assist customers through the build specification process
* Prepare quotes and assist with sales documentation
* Manage showroom presentation and cleanliness
* Coordinate handovers, walk throughs and client appointments
* Handle inbound enquiries (phone, email & online)
* Update CRM notes and customer files
* Support management with administrative tasks
* Maintain professional brand standards at all times
Skills & Experience
Required:
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Confident presenting product information
* Professional phone manner
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Ability to build rapport and create a positive showroom environment
* Comfortable with basic computer tasks, email, and CRM systems
* A team player with proactive problem solving abilities
Preferred (not essential):
* Experience in sales, retail, caravans, automotive, or lifestyle based industries
* Previous showroom, dealership, or reception experience
* Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
Training on caravan build methods and specifications will be provided.
