Join PWR's Pilbara Fire Division as a Mobilisation & Logistics Coordinator. PWR is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Mobilisation & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing Pilbara Fire division.
What You'll Do
 * Coordinate and deliver engaging inductions for new employees
 * Maintain and update company induction materials
 * Book medicals for new and existing staff
 * Manage uniform and PPE orders
 * Assist with external training and induction bookings
 * Support mobilisation logistics including flights, accommodation, and site access
 * Provide general administrative support to the planning and leadership teams
What We're Looking For
 * SAP, Pegasus & PowerBI desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
 * A friendly and positive attitude
 * Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
 * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
 * Organised and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
