About the position: An opportunity has arisen for a Family Lawyer (minimum 2 years PAE) to join our client's close-knit practice. This is the perfect role for someone who wants meaningful involvement in family law matters while enjoying the benefits of supportive leadership and a genuinely flexible workplace. You’ll oversee files from inception to finalisation across: Parenting arrangements and custody disputes Property division and binding financial agreements Divorce proceedings and intervention orders With a sensible daily target of 5 billable hours, you’ll have the freedom to focus on quality outcomes without the pressure of unrealistic KPIs. Performance is recognised through regular reviews, and your long-term career is backed by a clear path to more senior roles within the practice.
