Job Summary
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all engineering and maintenance operations, ensuring the building grounds and physical plant are safe, secure, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage budgets, capital expenditures, projects, preventative maintenance, and energy conservation
* Lead the emergency response team for all facility issues
* Supervise engineers in the absence of the Director of Engineering
* Assist in managing the physical plant, including equipment refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, electrical, and life safety systems
Candidate Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with 4 years of experience in engineering and maintenance or a related field. Technical training in HVAC-R, electrical, and plumbing is also necessary.
