The Role
As the Procurement Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the organisation's services are delivered with maximum efficiency and value.
Key Accountabilities Include
* Manage end-to-end procurement and contracts to drive commercial outcomes and project delivery
* Lead tendering and bid evaluations, strategically structuring agreements to maximise benefit and superior service impact
* Oversee contract formation and administration, focusing on lifecycle value and performance optimisation
* Execute complex negotiations and manage disputes to unlock maximum value and superior performance from key service partners
* Build strategic, high-value relationships with your internal customer base
* Implement innovative strategies for continuous improvement
* Day to day management of a small team
What You'll Bring
* Extensive (8+ years) experience in strategic procurement within a complex, services or project based environment, ideally within the public sector
* Demonstrated ability to successfully manage all stages of the procurement and contracting lifecycle, translating strategy into practical outcomes
* An outcome-focused procurement leader who thrives on complexity, with the strategic vision to deliver exceptional value while operating within a regulatory framework
