Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Registered Nurse in our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of the healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering person-centered nursing care and providing supervision and support to less experienced clinicians.
About the Role
The Registered Nurse will use best practice evidence to deliver high-quality nursing care, working collaboratively with individuals and the healthcare team. The successful candidate will have current registration with AHPRA, demonstrated competencies in nursing care within a multidisciplinary team, and strong interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide person-centered nursing care, using best practice evidence to inform your practice.
* Supervise and support less experienced clinicians to achieve quality care.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
Requirements
* Current Registration with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Demonstrated competencies in nursing care within a multidisciplinary team.
* Strong interpersonal skills, including effective communication and negotiation.
