Role: Industrial Insulation – Polyurethane Injection Specialist / Trainee
An prospect has become available for proactive and reliable individual to join our Brisbane based team. We currently have several positions available for an Industrial Insulation - Polyurethane Injection Specialist/Trainee.
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct polyurethane foam injection using Graco Reactor systems managing setup, calibration, application, and equipment maintenance.
- Perform machinery maintenance tasks: troubleshooting, greasing, filter replacements, cleaning, and proactive upkeep based on Graco’s operational guidelines .
- Travel interstate for projects, and be available for overtime and weekend work as required by project schedules.
- Maintain performance and safety across diverse environments (e.g., refrigeration, mining, food processing, infrastructure)
Required Certifications & Licenses:
- White Card (Construction Induction Card): Mandatory for any construction site work in Australia .
- EWP ticket (Yellow Card): Highly advantageous; indicates capability to operate elevated work platforms safely .
Desired (Advantageous) Experience:
- Previous experience with lagging or Sheetmetal cladding—valuable for project versatility and scope expansion.
