Our Client Fulfilment team is an integral part of Macquarie's Commodities and Global Markets (CGM) division, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to a diverse global client base. From trading commodities and engaging in fixed income and currencies to futures and asset finance, the team ensures every client benefits from seamless onboarding, account management, and ongoing support. Our Client Fulfilment team plays a vital role in building and maintaining trusted client relationships while collaborating with compliance, risk management, and other specialist teams to ensure our processes are robust, efficient, and always client focused.

This role will require 4 days per week in our office location.

What role will you play?

You will report directly to the Product Lead for Client Onboarding, who owns the strategic vision of our client onboarding platform. As a Product Analyst within the Client Fulfilment team, you will be at the forefront of designing, building, and delivering a scalable, innovative, and client‐centric onboarding platform that supports our growth across multiple lines of business and global markets. You will work closely with the Product Lead to leverage the latest technology, manage competing priorities, and unlock business value. Collaboration will be key as you engage with stakeholders across CGM business divisions, Technology, Financial Crime Risk, Client Services, and external vendors to deliver a best‐in‐class onboarding solution.

What You Offer

* 5+ years of experience in client onboarding, client lifecycle management, product ownership, or related fields
* Strong understanding of institutional client onboarding processes, including new client, refresh, and lifecycle events
* Strategic mindset to align product development with business goals and stakeholder requirements
* Experience defining and prioritising product backlogs, user stories and acceptance criteria
* Interest in emerging technologies such as agentic AI and digital workflow automation, and how they can improve onboarding efficiency, control strength and client experience
* Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders, understand their needs, and influence decision‐making
* Collaborative and team‐oriented approach, while also being able to work independently to design and deliver solutions
* Results‐driven attitude, with a focus on delivering outcomes and achieving business goals
