Support adults with disabilities in a community-based setting, fostering independence and empowering them to lead rich lives. This role involves providing respectful support with personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines, as well as encouraging skill-building, independence, and decision-making.
• Provide one-on-one support in the community, promoting social connection and engagement.
• Support clients with mobility or transfers, requiring physical capability and flexibility.
• Follow person-centred plans with empathy and professionalism, prioritizing client needs and goals.
• Requirements include a can-do attitude, growth mindset, and passion for making an impact in the lives of people with disabilities. Experience in Behaviour Support is preferred, but not essential.
• NSW Driver's Licence (P2 or above) and physical capability to support clients are required.
