We are looking for someone with experience in PeopleSoft HCM, who can build strong client relationships and deliver quality outcomes. The ideal candidate will have skills in problem-solving, innovative thinking, communication, presentation, collaboration, flexibility, and multitasking.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in technical and/or functional aspects of PeopleSoft HCM or related modules
* Exposure to Global Payroll and Time and Labor modules
* Knowledge of payroll legislation in Australia and New Zealand
* Experience in implementing or supporting PeopleSoft HCM
* Problem-solving skills and innovative thinking
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Ability to collaborate and adapt with others
* Flexibility and multitasking ability
