Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Early Childhood Approach program, overseeing daily operations and business administration.
* Provide professional guidance and support to employees within the program.
* Collaborate with the team to deliver best practice for children and their families.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
1. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant human service field, ideally with an early childhood focus.
2. NDIS Workers Screen certification.
3. A Positive Blue Card.
4. Demonstrated experience in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams, achieving service performance outcomes, and providing quality supervision and training.
