We are actively hiring a Technical Recruiter to support India-based clients. This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role requiring strong sourcing capability, technical understanding, and the ability to deliver quality candidates within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Source candidates aggressively using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms
* Screen and validate candidates for IT and engineering roles
* Understand technical job requirements and align candidates accordingly
* Submit quality profiles with quick turnaround time
* Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
* Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
* Ensure high-quality submissions and closure ratio
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience in recruitment (India staffing)
* Strong technical/engineering background (IT, Electronics, Mechanical, or related)
* Proven experience in IT and/or engineering hiring
* Good understanding of technical roles (Developers, QA, Data, Embedded, etc.)
* Strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Skills
* Experience in niche hiring (AI/ML, Embedded, Wireless, Data Engineering, etc.)
* Exposure to contract and permanent hiring models
* Strong headhunting capability
Work Requirements
* Stable internet connection and remote work setup
* Ability to work full-time in IST hours
