Develop and manage a strong pipeline of specification sales across VIC, SA, WA Deliver engaging CPD and "lunch & learn" sessions to inform and influence decision-makers. Drive new project opportunities in both residential and commercial markets. Provide technical product insights and training to architects, builders, and developers. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product development to deliver for clients. Report regularly on pipeline, performance, and market trends.
