Client Service Manager
AdaptiCare is a disability support provider specialising in counselling, behaviour support, and support work. We support NDIS participants with a range of services, including independent living assistance, personal care, and short-term accommodation or respite care.
The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and exceptional Client Service Manager to join our team in the Moreton Bay area on a Full-time basis. This leadership role is central to driving client growth, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and supporting our support workers to deliver exceptional coordination and administrative services. You will work closely with the Operations Managers to ensure our services are responsive, efficient, and aligned with our organisational strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care
* Provide comprehensive case management and strong client advocacy
* Collaborate with allied health professionals and other stakeholders to coordinate supports
* Manage incidents, feedback, and complaints in line with ACQS standards
* Maintain accurate, detailed documentation and case notes
About You
* Ability to anticipate risks, assess impacts, and make informed, balanced decisions
* A natural influencer who builds strong stakeholder engagement and drives alignment and action
* Highly organised, adaptable, and confident managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Demonstrated excellence in customer service, supported by a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Able to work independently, exercising sound judgement and accountability
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Minimum of one year's experience in a similar role
Qualifications
* Certificate III in Disability Support (minimum)
* Blue Card
* Yellow Card
* First Aid and CPR Certificate
Desirable
* Degree in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology)
* Mental Health First Aid
* TCI training or similar
